| I liked the first half of the episode but it went down hill from there. The show suffers from not knowing what it wants to be syndrome like a lot of these sort of OVAs do. Also the ecchi elements don't make a lot of sense a lot of the time, like for instance that bouncing of the robot department's lady's breasts at the end just seemed out of place. |

| Primitive and simple but very fun action with retro anime vibes. The anime released in 1996, before “that Pokemon episode”, so the amount of flashing lights here is just off the scale lol. This is something you cant see in modern anime. Why there is Evangelion reference before the release of Evangelion itself??? And there is a lot of ecchi - and thats great. |
