Do you think, that mother of twins "gave" Anna to F.Bonaparta wittingly or she just choose one of the children without thinking (she was in really extreme situation)?

I´m not so sure about this but I incline to agree with first alternative

Btw I think you have already noticed, this part of Monster looks like Sophie's Choice ...

I don't think you can do anything without thinking, however it's possible to be unconscious about it, or to dissociate. But that doesn't mean you're doing it without any "reason".
About the mother's reason we can only speculate. It could have been mere sympathy for one child as well as protective purposes (e.g. one child could bear better with a stressful situation than the other). We simply don't know.

But for me it doesn't matter whether she was intending to give away Anna or Johan. In the end she had decided to give away one of her children what's equivalent.

None of your mentioned possibilities is monstrous.
The real tragedy (replaceable with fun ^^) took place in Johan's mind.
It was him who interpreted his mother's action as we can see it or construe.
Isn't it interesting how such a short gesture became the reason for a child to develop such an emotional disturbance, while the other developed rather normally, even after that menticide? ^^

I don't agree that the mother's choice is what made Johan into a monster. My understanding is that his sister's suffering is what triggered his rampage. His emotions were then ripped from him in Kinderhiem, turning him into a perfect monster.
