Even if it was animated in Korea, the fact of the matter is, it wasn't done in Japan. While I am not a diehard who thinks that only stuff done in Japan constitutes Anime, it will take some time for Anime to catch up to Manga in the idea that people outside of Japan can create too. So, until then, I refer to any anime done outside of Japan as COUNTRY Anime...

One thing I don't understand.It's said manga's are comics done in Japan,right?
But "mangas" done in America are on myanimelist to.Then this is no reason to not add avatar,avatar is made in anime style and I think they should add it as anime.Hope there are people who agree with this.

even if some consider it to not be an anime, there are other animes on here which don't fit the standard anime criteria and MAL hasn't crashed and burned so ... what's it going to hurt to just add it on
