Obviously, this hasn't really happened much. I know one of the Code Geass boxsets contains a "Sound Drama" but I don't know how that works.
Onkei-kun translated a bunch of Digimon Drama CDs (for our convenience), and someone did something kinda nifty: Put the tracks on Youtube with "Subtitles" to correspond to the dialogue. There are a few other of these.
It's kind of hard to find ways to bring Drama CDs, as there's no one to have a translation that fits the timing/pace, although these Youtube videos seem to get it right.
