Information Jim Halpert is the (currently) twenty-nine year old character from the popular TV show The Office. He works at the Scranton branch of the Dunder Mifflin paper company, as one of their salesmen. He is very smart but not that motivated to do his job, so he spends much time pulling pranks on his co-worker Dwight Schrute, or spending time talking to his crush, girlfriend, fiancé, WIFE FINALLY HECK YES Pam Beesly, the receptionist at their work.
We are all jealous of her~ ._____.
Anyway; he's portrayed by the hot actor John Krasinski. He is terribly overqualified for his job but stays in early episodes do to his crush on Pam, who then was engaged to a warehouse worker at the same office, Roy Anderson. They often did (and still do) conspire to pull pranks on Dwight, his deskmate.
He could be called the straight man of the show, as he often has to put an end to his boss Michael Scott's unrealistic (yet hilarious) schemes.
Jim attended Western Scranton High School where he says "Basketball was [kinda] his thing."
He really doesn't like his job, stating that "If I advance any higher, this would be my career. And if this were my career, I'd have to throw myself in front of a train."
Dwight often complains about Jim's sarcastic attitude and numerous pranks pulled on him, and has filed countless complaints against him, causing the Human Resources Representative at their workplace, Toby, to have a whole folder full of Dwight's complaints about Jim.
More info to come, sometime... xD
