I don't like the anime Monster

It's really hard for me to believe that the characters in the show are actual human beings and not aliens/robots trying to mimic human interaction. The whole show just felt like trying to run a marathon as an asthmatic. I watched every episode with a friend and we were either making fun of the show because it was funny-bad or just complaining because we were bored. I mainly made this just to compile reasons why people didn't like it, though if you liked it an feel like defending it go for it. If you could somehow change my mind that would be pretty neat.
