Subbed or Dubbed which one is better?

I been wondering why is mostly Subbed better then dubbed while they are both in my optional is both good for different people for different reasons. I prefer for dubbed because I can't read as fast when their are subbed and I just mostly grow up with dubbed and its hard for me to me to switch it. I do try to watch a subbed anime just to get used to it but I still watch mostly all dubbed anime. So which you prefer subbed or dubbed? Explain why you like the other one than the other one. Ps. This is research for fun so please be respectful to other people optional.
