The Alias Club

RULES 1. Each player must have a main account and only 1 participating alias. 2. Only the main account can join this club. A post in the Initiation thread indicates that you have an alias prepared and you are ready to participate. 3. You may use the alias to post in the Chat Club, Anime Discussions, Current Events, Casual Discussions, but not in this club. Only the main account can post or join this club. 4. The goal of the game is to expose the other players, while remaining undiscovered. To expose a player, post a player's main account, and what you think his alias account is, and optionally a reason, in the Expose thread. 5. To discourage random guessing, each player that has guessed wrong must put "I GUESSED WRONG: X TIMES" in his main profile signature and at the top of the About section in his profile. Size: 125. Bold. Replace X with the number of times wrong. If a player has made no wrong guesses, he does not have to put anything in his signature. He must not use a spoiler tag to hide this. 6. The player whose alias is being guessed can respond with his main account, quoting the guess, in the Expose thread, with "Yes" or "No", and any additional comment. Rule #5 is in immediate effect as soon as the guesser is met with a "No." 7. If a player answers with "Yes", he is exposed. He must put "I'VE BEEN EXPOSED BY (NAME). " in his main profile signature and at the top of the About section in his profile. Size 125. Bold. Replace "(Name)" with the main profile name of the guesser. He must not use a spoiler tag to hide this. 8. A player may play again after he has been exposed, but can only have 1 participating alias at any one time. 9. Violation of any of these rules result in being booted from the club, and your main account name being in the Hall of Shame thread designated for cheaters. Participating players must update their signatures as directed in good faith. 10. Invite your friends! Edit: To facilitate member presence so to make it more likely that we find each other, each alias should maintain an active presence on Casual Discussions, preferably making himself or herself well known. It is still allowable to accumulate posts in other parts of the site.
