Given the islands strategic location, turned to other nations in the hopes of building a new Singapore. However, investments were not rapidly forthcoming, eventually..seedier sources of income were found..the immigrants in turn ended up being the poor and criminal from many nations, and with Indonesia unwilling to retake control, the City state of Kraja was left as an example. Surprisingly the island attracts many visitors, and people down on their luck. How did you end up here? More importantly, can your faction take the island, or promote a long standing peace?
