We're here to list all the lovely anime featuring two girls... who just might be more than friends... now we're not a yuri group... what's the point of me starting one, I'm sure there's plenty... we're looking for anime with subtext that's not yuri... well... maybe it is. Really just depends... I mean... Some viewers might debate it.. but whatever you feel, one fact remains.. These girls love each other. Just probably not in a sexual way... probably... maybe...
Now... yuri subtext can be a good thing... or a bad thing.. I feel it's unnecessary in anime... I personally felt KinMoza would be better without it. Also... Hell... some people would call me a homophobe for saying it. Then again... whatever... People have called me that for refusing to watch yaoi... so who cares? On the other hand, I think a lot of anime, such as Gakuen Alice, are greatly improved by having the girls be just a little closer than usual. But it is a little over-used in alot of anime.
We may also disagree on what's "subtext"... A lot of people insert subtext in places it doesn't belong. Then again, a lot of people don't see what I see... I've heard people claim there was no subtext in Modoka Magica.... Then again... there are shippers who claim every girl is a lesbian if they so much as hold hands
But yea... we're a group dedicated to ambiguous shoujo ai
