Shinobi World Reloaded

Information

-Launching SWR-

This is a complete reload of Shinobi World. The setting for this club starts at the same point as the original, decades after the naruto storyline. Everything has been wiped clean and we are starting from scratch. In addition, some systems and rules have received tweaks and tune ups to better balance the inevitable development of powerhouse characters. They include:

Genjutsu system - Has had its SP cost for post duration severely nerfed, leaving genjutsu users less posts to work with on lower Sp levels.

Kekkeis, Sage mode, 8 gates and Tailed beast Demoncloak - These are all now mutually exclusive. Meaning you can only have one. A character with a kekkei genkai for example can never open the 8 gates, master sage mode or achieve control over its beast if the user is a jinchuuriki to full potential. 

Exotic Bloodlines - most exotic bloodlines which were previously banned have been made available, but requires solid characterwork and a good, believable bio to match. This includes Wood, Ice, Crystal and Acid releases aswell as Kimimaros Bone bloodline, and similiar.

Characters - any old character or storyline you may have had in SW does not exist in SWR. Even old standing members for many years are required to set up a fresh Genin. Under no circumstance will any player get a headstart on others.

Missions - Missions are back! We've been working hard to bring back the mission system and come up with a way of grading missions that encourages quick and efficient distribution of SP to players. There is a list of available missions which will update weekly with new special/unique/group missions or arcs and events. In addition, you can create a mission of your own and have it added to the list (a thread for this wlll be set up in the future) or keep the mission to yourself as a personal story thing.

Missing-Nin
Some ninja have left their villages either for personal reasons or because they have been deemed criminals and high risk to said villages. These ninja are called Missing-Nin. Not all Missing-Nin are being hunted down, some just left without a word for their own purposes, and may still be welcomed and protected by their home villages. Others, however, could have fled because they attacked and/or betrayed their own village, or are just considered high-risk and are put into a Bingo Book with a bounty on their head. This makes them targets to any village that wishes to cash in on that bounty.
Announcement

After seeing the effect of long standing frequency compensation rewards we are noticing too much sp is being rewarded for effectively taking too damn long. It was meant to be for rp'ers who can only do one thread a week. As such frequency compensation will now be capped at 200sp.

If anyone has outstanding threads that require compensation let me know your names so I can give you one round of the old compensation before the new one takes over.

Outstanding threads are threads that have been going on for more than a month since your last submitted thread. So if this fits your situation let me know. So far on this list there is Miku, Jyenh, Motion, and Sozu.
