The city is Aoihoshi, a small town in the eastern that has been known for it's liveliness. The city has also called attention it's peaceful and calm state. A lot of people come here to have a calm life and rest in this small town. Aoihoshi has everything, though. It's not as small as you think. Let me tell you a little about the city: <ul><li><strong>North District:</strong> In the North live the very rich families. They usually study in the Hinode(<strong>日の出</strong>) College. This are of town is also known for it's fishing activities, since the houses are right in front of the Pier 1 and the Pier 2. Also known as the Sunrise Piers. The families of the North are incredibly rich and most of them own large business in the town and even in the world. <li><strong>South District:</strong> The South District is the one where the most poor live. Their hard lives are sometimes resumed to working. Some even get two jobs in order to receive enough money to have a good life. Though this is the poorest district of all, the South District is known as the most active of all. Some even go to the Hinode College by studying a lot. However, most go to the Minamiki(<strong>南木</strong>) College. What calls the most attention in the South District are the Temples. <li><strong>Central District:</strong> The Central District is a completely financial district where small skyscrapers rise. This area is where almost everyone of the city works. It is also the most crowded area of the city. It is home to the Kitayama(<strong>機種</strong>) Industries are located. The Kitayama Modeling Industry is known as the most lucrative and probably the most rich of all corporations on the entire city, only being rivaled by the Shōdo(<strong>焦土</strong>) Company, a weapon selling company. <li><strong>West District:</strong> The West District is where most of entertainment is, meaning the cheap entertainment everyone can pay. There is a small mall in the area that seems to call a lot of attention, but the small stores around are mostly impresses us. This area is almost completely made of stores around the small mall. Some apartments are here too, though. They are not that costy but they are still something someone without money would chose. <li><strong>East District:</strong> The East District is where most balanced people live. They're not rich, but they are also not poor. This area consists of a large residential area, made of apartments and houses. There are also some small neighborhood stores, but none of the large stores found in the Central District, meaning that most of them are just convienience stores. There's nearly nothing really noteworthy on the East District besides it's absurd number of houses and apartments.</ul></ol> So, as you can see, it's not that small. It's just a town, really. Mind me, why did I say that it was a small town? *chuckles a little* Well, now that you are informed about the locations of the city, I guess you can make your own destiny in here. The festivel will have multiple competition centers, including martial arts, singing and, the most large of them, the Grand Dual Fishing Tour of the city, to whom the winner will gain a large reward in money for all the competition tournaments.</ul></ol> <strong><span style="font-size: 120%;"><div style="text-align: center;">Incoming Events:<!--size--></span></strong> <!--center--></div> <ul> <li><strong>Kazumi, the Ghost Ship of Dead Hope:</strong> The National Defense System of Japan received an SOS signal from a long lost ship, the Kazumi. The signal is incoming from the Arctic Circle's Desert.
