Slipknot is an American heavy/nu-metal band from Des Moines, Iowa, USA. The current line-up includes Sid Wilson, Jim Root, Craig Jones, Shawn Crahan, Mick Thomson, Alessandro Venturella, and frontman Corey Taylor. The band formed in 1995 and underwent several line-up changes following the independent release of their debut album, Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat. in 1996. Their first studio-produced album, the self-titled Slipknot, was released in 1999. Their following works were Iowa, in 2001 and Vol. 3: The Subliminal Verses, in 2004. They released their fourth album, All Hope Is Gone, in 2008. The fifth album, .5: The Gray Chapter, dedicated to bassist Paul Gray, was released several years later, in 2014. Their latest work, named We Are Not Your Kind, came out in 2019. I created this club for all the fans of this band. Ah, also because Slipknot's songs go together so well with Higurashi amvs, lol.
