His family history is dedicated to wrestling. Mantaro's father, Kinniku Suguru (a.k.a. Kinnikuman), had entered almost every tournament to become a champion. But after 28 years of peace, the Seigi Choujins' old time enemies regrouped and formed the dMp (Demon Manufacturing Plant) and crashed landed at Mount Fuji. Time and the years without evil to fight have taken their toll on the old Seigi Choujin, who are overwhelmed by these youthful and well-trained fighters. Realizing that they have lost their edge, the Hercules Factory is reopened, and training begins for a new generation of heroes to take on the dMp. Anime
Kinnikuman Nisei January 9, 2002 – December 25, 2002 51 Episodes Kinnikuman Nisei: Ultimate Muscle April 7, 2004 – June 30, 2004 13 Episodes Kinnikuman Nisei: Ultimate Muscle II January 1, 2006 – March 29, 2006 13 Episodes
Movies
Kinnikuman Nisei (July 14, 2001) Muscle Ginseng Competition! @ joue
TOHO has episodes 1-13 in jap, with subs (i believe) if you want to see it, or read the ultimate muscle manga viz translates - very good, very well brought over.

Finally, other people who like Kinnikuman Nisei! I don't know too much about it, only seen one episode of original Japanese, and a large amount of English dub, but I absolutely love it. (I haven't really seen very much of Kinnikuman, just clips.)
