The ultimate goal of this group is just to discuss anything.
Discussion on one's personality type is also encouraged.

#1: Don't butt heads. Let's keep this place friendly, work safe, and open-minded. You can argue and debate, but you cannot fight. There is a huge difference. Also, don't just relentlessly butt heads. What's the point of an argument if some sort of resolve isn't reached? In other words, don't just say "I'm right, you're wrong" and especially don't resort to insulting or undermining who you're debating with.
#2: Be nice, have fun. Just keep in mind that we're all equals here. Treat one-another with dignity and respect and, above all, enjoy yourselves.
