It takes place in August, and this group will keep people notified year by year, along with the main website. <strong>Q:</strong> If there's already a website, why is this here? <strong>A:</strong> There are two reasons behind this madness. First, the convention directors would like the spread word around that Motaku exists. It's a small convention, and I'm sure people would like to see it stay. Second, although there is a forum, it's not very active. There's been several occasions that I've even forgotten about it. The idea is to make the group a little more accessible, while still having an anime environment for the fans to enjoy. <strong>Q:</strong> Will this group continue to stay active, even when the convention isn't available. <strong>A:</strong> That's the idea! I plan on having small, monthly things in this group to keep people actively chatting and posting. <strong>Q:</strong> Will there be contests on Motaku's MAL page? <strong>A:</strong> I would like to have some, however the contests would not effect anything at the convention. Meaning you can't win badges or anything like that. They would be just for fun. If there's a demand for such a thing, I'll certainly do that. <strong>Q:</strong> Do I have to attend the convention to join? <strong>A:</strong> No, but do try to make it. We'd love to see you there! <strong>Q:</strong> What kind of things can I post here? <strong>A:</strong> Almost anything. I'm going to ask it stay PG-13, but anything else is fine.
