The name of this group is self-explanatory. Influenced from the original Militaires Sans Frontieres from the video game Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (PSP), 'Otakus' in this case are going 'without borders' (as the translation goes from the French of Sans Frontieres). Otakus are groups of people that have obsessive interests to several things. Although commonly coined to Anime and Manga, this is not true, as we all can be interested in many other things such as computers, video game, photography, music and their instruments, or even things related to military (guns, et cetera). The word Otaku was originally said as a negative term for people on their society in Japan, but some actually took it as a pride or even a compliment outside the country. While we are indeed a group of Otaku, we always keep ourselves from being the 'extreme' types of Otaku, where this kind of type is always loathed in all kind of society as their presence bring nothing but disturbance to people. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So here we are, united as one, Otakus without borders.
