Absolutely. They've got one like that on the ferry to Bergen, and I just can't understand it. There's hundreds of people taking it every day, so there should at least be two stalls.

I hate it when it's a one person bathroom, and you have to wait outside awkwardly to wait for your turn. Especially if the other person just took a shit.

Once, at one of the many McDonalds in Nice, I encountered a underwater toilet.
Well, pretty much. It was on the bottom floor, but there were only that toilet there, no other doors or anything, so when someone clogged all the sinks and turned on the water, the whole place got flooded. I had to wade through water to get to the stall.
