@evebluey
No! remake no!
Maybe "they" could animate Demon Child as a short few episodes in preparation to the sequel, "the Sky at Daybreak", and then maybe, just maybe, animate the new book which sources say is big.

With this club help I found "Demon Child" and "A Sea of Wind, Shores of the Labyrinth".
I'm starting to read this series, someone did epubs of these two books? I'm asking because I can't understand how Calibre works. v_v

I know it has been a very long time since the anime was aired. I've watched it thrice over the years,with my third round being early this year. It's just to remind myself how great this anime was.
I'm still hoping for a sequel although it seems to be near impossible considering the pace of the novel being released.

I dont even know if anyone will drop by here or ever read this comment, but I will keep my hopes up that perhaps one day, they will announce a remake, if not a sequel for this series.
No other anime has made me feel this attached to crave for it for 10 years plus, and they totally deserve a remake because no other stories had been this interesting and unique. :')

Well, hello everybody, I just joined this club since I'm a big fan of Juuni Kokuki/The Twelve Kingdoms right from the start of the first episode. I'm focusing myself on this series for 3 weeks already haha, there's just so much to do with this one.

Currently I've watched 30 episodes, read the first novel and listened to some of the soundtracks (not all of them yet, but I do own them all) and wow, I have to say that everything about this series is just stunning and most of all really addictive :p
But I still have hunger for more, and those are the Animanga and also the games. On wikipedia they mention a 15 volume animanga series - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Twelve_Kingdoms#Animanga - but I have yet to find any info on it other than that :(
If someone knows something about it, like where to get it, pls notice me ^^
Then, for the games, I've found a torrent for the first one but it looks like it's stuck at 89% :/ - I have yet to look for the second one, but I fear I'll just get the same result.
So also, if someone here knows where to get it, pls tell me, I'd really appreciate it :D

Well, other than that, I'm glad I joined this fanclub (nice pics you got here ;p) and now I'm going to continue watching the anime from where I left off, I wish everyone a lot of fun watching/reading Juuni Kokuki/The Twelve Kingdoms <3

Thanks, actually I know this site and tried to read the novels online but I don't like reading from my computer's screen so I gave up. I also prefer if I can actually hold the book itself. But for the worst case, I keep the translation in my computer. :)

I know, I've studied it before in high school and I had a hard time with it indeed. But I liked the language itself so it may not be a completely hopless case =)
