<strong>What is GA?</strong> There are many theories as to what GA may stand for, but none know for sure the answer behind these two mysterious letters. Some say it derives from an ancient lithograph that showed people the way to attain nirvana; some claim it's just an American high schooler's name. But putting those aside, there is no doubt that we can all learn a thing or two from GA. Yes, in those two letters lie infinite wisdom and inspiration for generations to follow. Philosophers and physicists alike have been studying it for years, and there is no doubt that GA will be the subject of much study for decades to come. <strong>Origins of GA</strong> No one knows when GA began. Some date it as far back as the history of the Universe itself, while some speculate that it just came out late last year, on Japanese after hours television. What do the scholars have to say about it? Most studies have dated GA back to the ancient Greek period (~400BC), which would make GA a contemporary of philosophers such as Sophocles and Plato. However, there is also a strong school of study that claim that GA originated in fact in the far East, most likely a northern region of the Zhou Dynasty during the Warring Periods. Nonetheless, it is clear that GA was born in a significant time in the history of human philosophy. Emerging next to giants such as Plato and Confucius, there is no doubt that GA not only was influenced by these figures, but influenced their thoughts in return as well, and thus we see that GA played an enormous role in theformation of the early philosophical landscapes that would forever shape the discipline. <strong>Current developments</strong> Even after two and a half millenia, GA continues on strongly. It is seen everywhere in life, from a mother pushing her baby in the streets, to the business man in his Armani suit, making a twelve billion dollar contract with someone across the ocean. What, then, are the implications of this? Perhaps GA means little to you at the moment; it may be instilled so strongly in your life that you may not even notice it. The first step, then, is to become aware. Always keep your eyes and mind open, and look for that GA in your life. It is out there, and you may run into at the least expectected time and place. But when you do, it will change your life forever, and hopefully, for the better. We know that through history there have been individuals who have taken GA and put it into wrongdoings, such as Adolf Hitler and Nicholas the Bloody. Nonetheless, that must not discourage you from the marvel that is GA. So go out there, and find your GA, wherever it may be. Perhaps you shall never find it, perhaps it shall come to you sooner than you thought. But through the process, you might just find: there was a bit of GA in you all along.
