Check it out~ <strong>May 17th, 2007</strong> The Open Door, Evanescence (Wind-up Records) welcomes drummer Will Hunt and guitarist Troy McLawhorn - both from Dark New Day (Warner Bros. Records) - to the band this week. "I am a big fan of Dark New Day and can't wait for the fans to see what the guys bring to our live show," says front woman Amy Lee. Evanescence will debut their new formation on Saturday, May 19th at Columbus' sold out Rock On the Range Festival. <strong>May 14th, 2007</strong> The track entitled "<!--link--><a href="http://youtube.com/watch?v=H_T5oQ_JMBI"><em>Good Enough</em></a>" from the latest CD, <strong>The Open Door</strong>, has been rumored as the next single to be released off the album with filming for the music video due in June. <strong>May 6th, 2007</strong> Recently, Rocky Gray and John LeCompt have been removed from the band. This has been confirmed not only from their separate MySpace pages, but Amy Lee issued a statement on the Evanescence homepage as follows: <em>Evanescence is alive and well. John and Rocky were in Evanescence for four years and we shared some great times together playing live, but they were ready to move on and so we have parted ways. Evanescence is something I have loved and nurtured since I was fourteen, and I will continue to protect and fight for it as I always have. Terry, Tim and I are very excited to play live with some amazing new musicians and we will rock harder than ever. Stay tuned for more news on that front. And don't worry about the tour, guys.
