(register on the claim position thread ^^) <img src="http://i413.photobucket.com/albums/pp213/shaku1347/512205901_1822770.gif" border="0" /> <span style="font-size: 300%;"><em><span style="color:orange">THE HISTORY OF PALADIA<!--color--></span></em><!--size--></span> Over four hundred years ago there was a beautiful land full of beautiful fair skinned people now commonly known as the Reds. This unknown land then known as Alvarion was discovered by a beautiful lady…namely Lady Von Kroft. Since then this land has been a buffer state flipping from one foreign ruler to the other. After a 100 year rule in the hands of many different countrier Alvarion was finally claimed by the Earl of Duckinwich. The Earl a brave nobleman, one of the royal silver bloods of Samahab. Alvarion was renamed to Paladia by his son Silvarius von Liege after is wife Paladiocus von Liege. Now three hundred years later Paladia is a flourishing under the rule of the von Liege’s…its current ruler being Silvarius von Liege II named after the great Silvarius von Liege I, Queen Anna whose still in power after her husband’s death. The second prince is Tomoya von Liege. The princesses who also have a say in every matter being…Aphrodite von Liege, Kizune von Liege, Shiori von Liege, Naru von Liege and Yuna von Liege. more to come once everyone gets a fiance!^^ <span style="font-size: 200%;"><span style="color:purple">How Aphrodite Met Yosuke<!--color--></span><!--size--></span> <div class="spoiler"><input type="button" class="button" onClick="this.nextSibling.nextSibling.style.display='block';this.style.display='none';" value="Show spoiler"> <span class="spoiler_content" style="display:none"><input type="button" class="button" onClick="this.parentNode.style.display='none';this.parentNode.parentNode.childNodes[0].style.display='block';" value="Hide spoiler"><br>It was a slow afternoon….16 year old Princess Aphrodite waited patiently in her bed chamber. Queen Anna had a suitor coming for her all the way from Samahab. She let out a sigh. With a swish of her gown she made her way downstairs as the heard the familiar sound of the trumpets presenting a guest to the court. She hesitated in her steps stumbling here and there. She grabbed hold of a passing maid and asked her how he was. She informed her of his princely attire and how gallant he looked but nothing of his manners or courteousness the two things she wanted to know most about. As she entered the courtroom again there was the usual roll of drums a some body going “Herey Herey The Royal Princess Aphrodite.” She stepped forward confidently and laid her eyes for the first time on the man she was to be married to. She let out a small gasp at his gallant majestic looks and blushed as he started staring deep into her eyes. She reached him, to her he was like a pillar standing tall and majestic while she was small and hesitant. Immediately he bent down on his knees and kissed her hand. His first touch sent electric shocks through her body. She blushed and said a mere hello. “So its been decided!” The queen called out. Aphrodite shot her mother a hesitant look as if to implore out an answer from her as to what she meant by ‘decided’. Midori a gallant youth of only 18 worked for the Royal Army…though at a tender age he had earned respect and a good position in the army. Everyone was talking about this wonderful man even her sisters…Kizune could only dream of how he was…courteous, princely, JUST ABOUT PERFECT? She sat in the garden lost in her thoughts when a fairly brave and good looking youth came and greeted her. She looked up….one glance and he caught her attention. She stared at him a long while before saying…”Yes?”. He sat down in front of her on the grass and replied in a kind voice saying that he was merely roaming about when he saw her. Of course he had no I idea she was a princess, Kizune caught that by the casual yet kind tone of his voice. She mislead him by telling him she was just a maid working in the royal house. When he asked about how a maid can wear and have such grand clothes she told him it was a gift from Aphrodite for her good work. They spent the rest of the afternoon talking and laughing together…….However their time spent was interrupted by the ever worrying and curious Aphrodite. She looked at her with a frosty nosed glare that clearly indicated that she disapproved this kind of behavior. The next day however Midori was shocked by the news of him getting engaged to Princess Kizune. There was a huge ball to celebrate the engagement of Kizune to Midori. Everyone was in a happy mood, laughter filled the air along with the delicious aroma of food. Shiori walked around trying to find the other princesses. She heaved a sigh and sat down on a couch looking utterly bored. She looked around to see couples dancing, Aphrodite and Kizune giggling away to glory, Yosuke talking to Midori in the most formal tone ever…..yup the usual…..Suddenly she looked up to see a smiling face. His hair fell over his eyes…so she couldn’t see the clear blue wonders. He removed his hair revealing the glittering magnificent eyes. She looked deep into them. “May I have this dance princess?” was what he asked of her. “Yes…” she replied blushing. She could feel electric shocks run up her fingers at their first touch. They danced a while and talked about themselves. Thoughts of if shes ever going to see him again crossed her mind……..and there it had ended a year had passed and she was getting engaged and no it wasn’t that magnificent youth. Shiori heaved a sigh and put on her pink gown. She made her way to see her suitor in the gardens. She looked down…She didn’t want to see him. “Dear….” Queen Anna implored. Slowly she looked up and set her eyes once more on that magnificent youth with the sparkling crystal clear blue eyes. She gasped and he smiled for her….. At just a tender age of 13 it was decided she would marry Masahiro. Masahiro lived all the way in Samahab so shed never met him the only thing she knew was his name…She was 15 now…and he was coming. Pictures and thoughts of him flickered through her mind one by one. Thoughts like “Oh how is he?” “What does he look like?” “What does he sound like?” crossed her mind one by one….soon she got tired of waiting of course she being the most pampered energetic one it was bound to happen She picked up her dress and felt the soft material with her dainty fingers…she heaved a sigh and decided to get dressed. After a while someone knocked on her door it was Naru….She coughed giggled and let her know with a big smirk on her face that he was waiting in mother’s room.. Over come with joy she quickly checked herself in the mirror and spinted off after Naru. “Calm down…” Naru advised smiling at her sister’s enthusiasm. “Im trying!” she replied. They went down to the Queen’s chambers and Naru gently slid the door open, cleared her throat and and said….”Princess Yuna…” At this notification Masahiro stood up from his chain and the Queen turned around to set her eyes upon her youngest daughter Yuna. Masahiro cleared his throat “Why hello” he said shifting uncomfortably and giving a warm smile. Queen Anna and Naru smiled quietly seing how uncomfortable those two were. They gazed into each others eyes for a while. “Youre exactly how I imagined you to be…” was all Yuna said.
