Linked Media Only Resistance HQ

to put it bluntly with mkv files linked media is on the rise. i dont like linked media, sure, after seeing the op and ed a few times i tend to skip passed them, but i dont believe that you should simply separate the two from the episode. see here is what i have to offer. in older files a single op or ed could be corrupted and its not to big a deal, i mean you have 12 to 24 more anyway. but now with them being linked, only one has to go bad and than every one is now bad, causing a need to redownload the op or ed and re burn it, where as you could let it slide so long an an episode itself wasn't corrupt. the main reason linking may have been good is all in the passed, we have dvds, and huge ass hard drives, and they the 20-40mb you shave off of an episode by using linking has become almost a moot point, because unless you are an uber long show, as in more than 100 episodes long, the issue of space saving is not there any more. linked media to me is a stupid idea, but some people like it. but fansub groups are either linking media or not, there is next to no if any middle ground where they do both. this is a resistance club devoted to hating not having an option we should have
