Basically, byakuya totally likes rukia, indulges in her whims (like going to hueco mundo to get back that idiotic strawberry) almost dies for her, rescues her countlessly. . . *sigh* what i wouldn't do to have him as my onii-sama! 
It aint one sided btw! Rukia blushes when she tells ichigo that byakuya-sama gives her the mantle ^^, KAWAII!
To be honest, i lyk any rukia pairing!
