He is the founder of the Godless Continent along with Holsefi the Fifth Demon King.
Noah was a righteous man who opposed Pablohetara's corrupt system of exploiting bubble words. In the Silver Water Holy Sea, it was the natural order for deep worlds to take away essential Fire Dew from bubble worlds, who would not even notice it due to the nature of the Silver Sea. Noah was the destroyer of such an evil hierarchical system. Undefeated and proud, he was the wind of freedom in a sea ruled by order.
He was born with no desires, wishes, or purpose in life. However, after meeting Luna Arzenon, he learned many things from her and even acquired a sense of taste. She became his reason to live, and that's why he went to such great lengths to rescue her from her oppressive fate.
17,000 years ago, Noah was born in Listeria's Ruinous Abyss of Memories, where memories of fallen worlds gather. He was created by Freynea, Chief Goddess of the Eclosion World, who attempted to resurrect her fallen Sovereign using her and her people's memories. Because the Abyss is not something that can be controlled, an unexpected child was born, and she tried to get rid of him. However, Noah was saved by the Hermit Elmide, Listeria's Sovereign. The young man tried helping Noah find his world of origin afterward, but he couldn't find it in their archives of destroyed worlds. This led him to speculate that Noah's world was one that hadn't been destroyed yet.
Noah decided to risk his life to save Luna. So he ordered Roncruz to guard his territory and keep it from falling into the hands of Pablohetara. Their ship then collided with Amur's ship, as he was unwilling to let Noah go through with it because the risk of him dying was high. Seeing that he wouldn't back down, Amur decided to test Noah's strength to see if his fears were unfounded. Noah accepted this and used his shadow manipulation to teleport Roncruz away so he wouldn't be hurt in the crossfire. During their battle, Amur unleashed his newly-developed destruction magic, Egil Grone Angdroa. because Noah was able to counter it, Amur left satisfied.
Noah entrusted his body to Roncruz as he transferred his source to a child-sized shadow. He arrived during the decisive moment of the Noble Hunters' fight with Parrington's forces, as he helped them by clearing the overflowing power of the Disaster Abyss of Craving, allowing Baron Lebrahard to strike Luna and sever her fate with Evansmana. Luna fell into the bubble world of Elenesia while Noah followed her there. He entered the world's divine realm and used his Magic Eyes of Chaotic Destruction to destroy the principle that life does not reincarnate. He continued to destroy that principle until he collapsed, becoming unable to move or talk. Because he wasn't from there, Noah couldn't change the laws of the world. He needed someone from this world to make the final push.
Luna met the man she was fated to be with, Ceris Voldigoad, who similarly defied order and attempted reincarnation. When the world reached its limits, Ceris cast Syrica on the others before casting it on himself. While dying, his consciousness went to the divine realm, where he met Noah. Noah asked him what his reason for fighting was, so Ceris said the exact same words Noah had heard during his birth. He had finally found his father. It was Ceris' thoughts that gave birth to him, and it was Luna who gave him a reason to live. Now, the three met again in Elenesia, like a real family. When the new Goddess of Creation was born, she gently wrapped her hands around Noah's Fire Dew as the world was reborn. In his final moments, the image of his father's back and his mother's gentle smile flashed through his mind.
Noah was reincarnated as Anos, the Demon King of Tyranny of the militia world.
