Through his cursed technique, he is able to transfer his brain to different bodies, which provides him full control of those bodies.
He is currently controlling Getou Suguru's body and was inside Noritoshi Kamo's body over 150 years ago.
At some point in the past, Kenjaku transplanted his brain with his innate technique into the body of Jin Itadori's second partner. It is currently unknown for what purpose or for how long he inhabited this body.
Kenjaku dies against Yuuta Okkotsu after a surprise attack just after the conclusion of his battle against Fumihiko Takaba.
