Suite Precure♪

It would seem strange to compare these two anime but having watched Senki Zesshou Symphogear first, an instant recognition would be in the names Hibiki and Kanade. These could also be connected through the themes of music and song. Otherwise you could also consider them as mahou shoujo genre therefore, this could be a recommendation for those who like music themed animes. 

Based from the hobbies of the girls in the Suite Precure series, it could he said that the two anime both contain sweets. The original opening also has a somewhat similar melody to Yumeiro Patissiere in the opening phrases. For Suite Precure fans, if you enjoy making or watching sweets-making anime, then Yumeiro Patissiere is a definite recommendation.  

There are in my opinion 2 of the best series of the Precure Franchise. Both series target a young shojo public but the plot can even make an older public watch it. Also both have the same characters designer. Coincidence ? I think not. 

If you're wanting a duo of fun, loud, music-loving girls with a good dose of family friendly comedy, then either of the series will appeal! Both teams work hard to achieve their goals and make heir dreams come true. Their backup cast are very different, but equally fun and unique. Suite is clearly in the Magical Girl genre, as they fight evil and protect people, while Aikatsu is an idol, with no genuine magic, just special effects and work. 

Music themed magical girls.  

With similar friendship dynamics - neither of their central pairings see eye to eye almost ever - to the hidden corportation of creepy, the competitive nature of nearly everyone (even when unneeded), the insertion of often totally random musical sections and with magical otherworlds in the mix, you get the point, there's a lot of similarities between these two series. 

Both have transformations, powers, cats, battle evil monsters that use to be ordinary and something they are trying to protect. Good vs. Evil. Plot is somewhat different though.

They are both in Pretty Cure Series, some storyline is both the same, but different theme and character. Also, in the movie, only the leader gets the upgraded form. If you ever watch Fresh and/or Suite Pretty Cure before, you will know what is the same.

they both have the same kind of feel to them and both deal with magical girls and both have transformations in them which is also very similar if you like suite precure you'll like shugo chara 

Both Anime deal with the love of music and each persons own talents. The girls also wear rather cute outfits. Plots are different though...
