Yebisu Celebrities 1st

In terms of genre, it is all about Boy x Boy. Also, you cannot deny how the art is pretty similar. The only difference you can find is perhaps the context which is different! So if you like one, you may like the other one!  

Aside from being yaoi, of course, both share a very similar boss x employee relationship. In Sekaiichi, they are manga editors, and in Yebisu they work with design. However, Yebisu's animation is nowhere near as good as Sekaiichi's, and sometimes movement seems like something out of a yaoi game. 

Both these stories are about wealthy semes and college students who are the ukes. Both semes are heirs to a wealthy family but renounce their heir and are wealthy off their own means. In Junjou the seme is a famous author and in Yebisu the seme owns his own design company. The semes love their uke from the beginning but the ukes are still trying to figure out his feelings. Oh by the way these are both yaoi.  

They're both yaoi and both have a boss / employee relationship. In Boku No Sexual Harassment the boss has even more influence on his employee and animation is pretty good during the whole anime.
