Fuji TV's noitaminA (ノイタミナ) late night programming block which currently broadcasts on Fridays from 00:45 to 1:45. Slice of Life can be divide into two kinds, the fun one and the deep one. And this is my collection for truly slice of life drama animes. It represents the epitome of human nature and feelings. These animes might be inspirational ones that might hit you like a bullet to the heart. List of anime featuring at least one LGBT+ character that aren't BL or GL. I try to only put those that are either confirmed canon (in story or by the author) or so explicitly implied that there's little to none other interpretation. Este fue mi primer año en el Desafío anual fue un año un poco estresante para mí en los personal pero logré completar el desafío. A list of Romance/School focused animes. There are also some comedy animes, besides some drama but not a heavy one. Thrown together for personal reference; does not include shows that I cannot vet the content of due to having no experience watching, and the quality of shows listed is irrelevant. Various types of series that involve some sort of LGBT representation, be it in characters, relationships, plots, etc. I really wanted to find good LGBTQ+ representation because a lot of it is very offensive and just overall not good so I want to have a list where it actually good and enjoyable to watch This is a counterpart to the my magical realism coming-of-age stack. Here, I'll be listing my favorite traditional coming-of-age stories, shows about growing up that take place in a down-to-earth representation of the real world without any fantasy elements. Like with the previous list, I'll be using the first season of the show to represent the entire series. This is stack of predominantly non-comedic, Slice of Life anime. These anime are not entirely devoid of comedic elements, but comedy features rather sparsely and isn't a key plot-device. Some of the anime featured here uses the opportunity to deal with and provides an insight into complex subject matters, ranging from Depression to Gender-identity, in a realistic and humane way. Shows where some characters are written and portrayed outside what is considered the standard "man" or "woman". This is my first interest stack so I just wanted to have fun with it and recommend some animes I liked under this particular idea ;^) Anime that looks like a painting, sorted from A to Z. Mostly watercolor or pastel style with soft and soothing color palette. This list doesn't include Ghibli-esque style. Feel free to comment on my profile if you have some suggestions, and enjoy :) If your group of friends is like most, its members have a wide variety of interests and priorities. That's why anime recommendations for friends aren't a one-size-fits-all type of deal. Sure, you can recommend your personal favorites regardless of your friend's preferences, but you should also keep what they like in mind when giving anime advice. You don't want to recommend Naruto or Dragon Ball Z to a seasoned anime fan unless you know for a fact that they haven't seen it. Likewise, you don't want to suggest Monster Musume to someone who recoils at fan service, or Black Lagoon to someone who hates brutal scenes. Most of the shows here don't have trans experiences or even lgbt ones at their core, they will probably feature some well represented trans character. All the anime that have a trans character I've watched! Continuation of the first stack. Anime that comes packaged with socio-political commentary. Sometimes as subtext or metaphor, sometimes screamed out loud with abandon. |
