Fuji TV's noitaminA (ノイタミナ) late night programming block which currently broadcasts on Fridays from 00:45 to 1:45. ![]() ![]() anime that have solid female friendship, some aren't part of main theme of the show, but wholesome nonetheless ![]() ![]() Anime with characters who consistently show actually autistic traits - stimming, obsession with very specific things and themes, social phobia, unwillingness to change routines, monotone or stereotyped speaking, strict habits, lack of interest in personal exchanges, difficulty building/maintaining relationships, unusual manners and gestures, selective but very strong empathy etc. ![]() ![]() There are good anime that stop after one or two seasons despite the source material still having a lot of good ground to cover, much to everyone's disappointment. So we wait, and wait and wait... for nothing. ![]() ![]() Characters in these anime suffer from extreme shyness or social anxiety. Their condition may be caused by past trauma, a mental disorder, or other ongoing problem or phobia that makes it difficult for them to connect with others; such as a fear of physical contact or an aversion to public speaking. Some characters may be fighting to overcome their anxiety - or at least power through it enough to get on with their daily lives - while others have given up trying to come out of their shell and feel isolated or unable to relate to other people. ![]() ![]() may the funny scenes from these animes live in your brain rent-free! ![]() ![]() A selection of 21st century anime series featuring characters who are adults. From ordinary office workers to traveling peddlers to superheroes, adult protagonists can have a variety of life experiences and many different ways of living. Young emerging adults may still be trying to find their path in life, while established older folks are more likely to have mastered the art of adulting - or at least learned enough to muddle by. Some adults become jaded over time from repeated exposure to the reality that life is often painful, depressing, and unfair. Others retain a more positive outlook by focusing on their dreams for the future or take a more pragmatic approach by putting all their efforts into improving their lives here and now. ![]() ![]() Various types of series that involve some sort of LGBT representation, be it in characters, relationships, plots, etc. ![]() ![]() Anime meant for girly girls, except these are some specific picks that I personally feel give off strong girlboss vibes ![]() ![]() I'm INFP, so I love watching characters who have the same perspective. I think this is interesting to watch some Fi-Ne dynamics in others. ![]() ![]() anime in which consent is VALUED and there's mutual respect between the lovers in question. some explicitly queer and some with queer undertones. they all also have killer music |
