The Tokyo Anime Awards started in 2002, but was named in 2005. The first, second and third award ceremonies were simply named 'Competition'. The award ceremonies were held at the Tokyo International Anime Fair (TAF) until 2013. In 2014, after the merger of the Tokyo International Anime Fair with the Anime Contents Expo and the formation of the AnimeJapan convention, the Tokyo Anime Awards was changed into a separate festival called Tokyo Anime Awards Festival (TAAF). This list contains all movies that aren't related with any anime series. (Pre 2014) These are the family based films and films can be watched together with your family. Who said your parents and sibling can't watch anime? Of course, they can too. As long it's decent XD Jokes aside, here is my collection of animes films that your family might enjoy too. What I look for the most in an anime above everything else is high-quality writing. That's not to say that manga, visual novel, and light novel adaptations are written poorly; in fact, there are some that have incredible, masterfully-crafted storylines. I have simply personally found that some of the most unforgettable series for me have been novel adaptations. Cottegecore stories harken back to simpler times and a simpler way of living. Many stories center on the idea of a simple life of self-sufficiency in harmony with nature, or characters having adventures in a pretty cottegecore environment. Cottegecore is often influenced by the romanticization of the European countryside in historical times, but may also take place in the woods, mountains, or other rustic locations in any time period. Aesthetics often include rural landscapes, cottages, and other dwellings surrounded by flowers and nature, boys in overalls and girls in old-fashioned dresses, lush forests, and low-tech items and furniture from olden times. These extremely tiny people - sometimes referred to as lilliputians - often face a number of challenges living in a normal human-sized world. They might live alongside humans openly or in secret, or live deep in the forest or other rural places humans are less likely to dwell. Getting eaten or stepped on by bigger creatures is a real concern, though tiny people are often portrayed as a friend to animals who are able to communicate with them and ride them for transportation. In some cases, ordinary people become tiny people due to a magic spell or transformation item. A selection of 21st-century anime based on source material that pre-dates it by at least twenty years. This includes old-school manga, novels, and video games. Great for those who love retro media ad enjoy seeing classic content dusted off and revived for a new generation of fans to enjoy. //List of shows that (to my knowledge) have an italian dub Trees, forests, deserts, oceans -- shows where the depiction of the outdoors is absolutely breathtaking! This is a part of a series of stacks that are about artistic tendencies in anime (and that border the fine line between sophisticated and pretentious). -Includes all types of genre but mostly (slice of life, comedy, romance) A stack anime series and movies (mostly Ghibli) that have a female protagonist from my completed anime list. |
