Does one have an interest in storylines about "mutant"/ESP powers? Darker than Black and Senkou no Night Raid both happen to have this around their storylines and have dark storylines that includes the relationship between those who have the powers. The style is also rather gothic when it comes to the animation and character design, not to mention also rather detailed.

Both are set during the early 20th century, about spies, and with a theme of WW2. Both are historical animes.

The plots are kinda alike, both are about military and organizations, and both take place at Shangai. By the way the supernatural powers of the main characters remind a little (just a little, but worth mentioning) of Canaan's synesthesia. Also action scenes are pretty good on both

Both Anime deal with the World Wars. Both have a Gothic style to them. Both deal with things outside of the characters hands despite the fact they try to stop the dark events from occuring.

Both anime feature characters in certain organizations (an army special ops group in Senkou and the mafia in Baccano!) that have superhuman powers, but they do not distract from the historical setting of the anime. If you like how these two elements do not overpower each other, then I recommend this anime.

Both have individuals with psychic abilities working for a secret organization and uncovering conspiracies. Also, both shows are filled with an atmosphere of mystery and sometime, betrayal.

Catch that cat. It stole my film/mask. I must get it back.

Both have political backgrounds which are heavily discussed. Both have secret government organizations with adult characters who have special set of skills and worked as a team. Both have awesome and jazzy music. Difference is that GITS sets in the alternate post-WIII while SnNR sets in pre-WWII.

-Similar supernatural power system -Similar atmosphere created by users working in teams for jobs.

They both deal with a group of people who are very skilled at what they do although jormungand doesn't have the ESP. Jormungand is a little bit darker than NIght Raid but they still both deal with weapons, war, and missions. I just got a similar feel from both of them.

The setting is very similar: early 20th century japan and the characters have powers, gifts, or talents.

Both take place around similar time periods, 1920s-1930s and have to an extent a similar feell. However, Night Raid takes place in China and features spies with special abilities, whereas 91 days takes place in seemingly the USA and features the Mafia, so far without supernatural events.

Both involve a mystery/conspiracy in a historical fiction setting. Supernatural powers are often used by characters.

Both anime deal with war. Both are about people that are not completely ordinary. What reminded me both extreme of the other were especially quotes concerning war. They both portray a similar moral.

Both Anime have a unique style of Powers holders that they use to help others or use it for their own selfish reason so If you like Senkou no Night Raid then you'll like Tatakau Shisho: The Book of Bantorra both have similiar feel when you watch it.

Both have a gothic style to the art that goes into the show and is rich in detail. The night scenes have rather dark colors. There is also the subtle mystery element to the whole thing.

Both shows feature a female who is searching for something and two other male features who seem to argue a lot and are complete opposites, when in reality they balance each other out. Overall the two shows give off a similar vibe – they contain action, humor, and drama while still being fresh. If you loved one of them, try the other out!

Both anime have similarity with people in them. Chosen people have special power, unique to ones existence, and both of them have small organizations who works for money (Get Backers work only in order to retrieve something stolen or lost while in Senkou no Night Raid work as retrievers of information).

Both are historical-based series that set a dark yet captivating setting. Also, the artwork shows quite a bit of similarities.

They're both about small agencies and their members have special abilities that they use to complete their assignments. Both have comedy elements especially when the characters interact with each other but take a darker tone when things get serious. Also their outfits and clothing are similar as well, early 1900s look.
