New Interest Stack
Interest StacksThese anime suffer from production issues that leave the source material to be cut, rearranged or completely abandoned - rendering it not cannon at all! These decisions don't necessarily ruin the series, but its something to take into account if u are after the full plot from the original author. If u enjoy these I highly urge you to read the manga for full experience! Disclaimer: This stack is for informational purposes only and is not intended to marginalize or damage the reputation of the series mentioned. In the following anime, the protagonist(s) are being monitored (i.e. through a screen, etc.) to the amusement of an audience. There may be other reasons for the set up, but being watched by a group of people who are not directly trying to kill the contenders themselves is the requisite. This is a part of a series of stacks that are about artistic tendencies in anime (and that border the fine line between sophisticated and pretentious). Anime that is already completed and will never get a season 2 either because it's original or anime adapts the whole source material. Some will not get a squeal either because the manga has already ended or the anime is too old to get a season 2. This list of anime will definitely raise a question to yourself that "What exactly is good? What exactly is evil?" I see this story pattern in anime where young people under 18 who are, not so enthusiastically, made to save the world/a crisis in their storylines. Here’s some anime that fit this trope. A collection themed around the spookiest time of year, but it's always Halloween in my soul... These animes have moments or are completely based on revenge or defense. The mcs or other characters have distinct moments where they are negatively impacted and instead of succumbing to negativity, or ending it in a fight scene, they get beaten and then seek to take revenge or defend what's being attacked. |
