The premise of both shows is similiar as both are strong martial artist who have grown up in the mountains. Both shows are also comedies, although "Asu no Yoichi!" is an ecchi one and "Moeru! Oniisan" is a gag one without much notable ecchi and (iirc.) no jokes around it.
