Both of these series revolve around an average person who ends up with a bunch of fantasy-ish people living with them and has the mc gradually grow to love them.

bright colors, absolute chaos insane fun character designs, that good ol' fashioned moe cranked up to eleven protagonist girl is dumb as rocks late 90s - early 00s anime

Both of the female leads are very similar. Both look similar and are very ditsy/perhaps almost even "special". Both are different series. In Tenshi ni Narumon! Noelle wants to be angle while in the A-ko movies and series it looks a yuri harem the way the other two females fight each other to be Shiko Kotobuki friend.

very similar feel to both show, an overall romantic ecchi comedy but with strong dark undertones.

Lots of colorful characters with silly gags and little actual plot except in the last few episodes. :D

Not only do these two series have similar art styles, but they both have a seemingly innocent beginning but turn out to have deep, complex plots.
