-school life, romance, shoujo, reverse harem -constant flash backs of present and past life about their romance and school days -both very subtle, calm pace anime

Both anime are good cringey guilty pleasures, involving a school-life setting, reverse harem and classic shoujo tropes. The main character is surrounded by people who are supposed to be close to them, all of whom are incredibly attractive potential suitors. It feels like an otome game, where you get to experience each romantic route with the male characters.

Reverse harem, shoujo romance. MC is surrounded by attractive boys who loves the main character. They have one character in particular who are obsessed and very forward with the MC. It gives off otome game impression where you are introduced to many characters and see the romantic route that they could be in.

Both anime center around a female protagonist who is close friends with a group of exceptionally handsome boys at her school. While the boys develop feelings for her, she firmly insists that they are nothing more than friends. As the story unfolds, the characters gradually open up, revealing their pasts and the experiences that shaped them into who they are today. ohshc is more comedy while douse is more romance.
