Party kara Tsuihou sareta Sono Chiyushi, Jitsu wa Saikyou ni Tsuki

Both MCs have unexpected abilities that defy the laws of their fantasy world. They both end up forming parties with Princesses who are accompanied by strong swordsmen.  

Both Main Characters are underappreciated by the members of the hero's party and end up on their own. It is because of this they come to find party members who truly value them as a contributing member and are treated with the respect they never got from their prior party. Not to mention the fact that they are both very unusual and overpowered with their abilities.  

Show has a very similar start... MC gets taken for granted in his current party, and ends up leaving the group due to the mistreatment. He ends up partying with a newbie group, and makes his previous group realize too late that that MC was in fact the one carrying the group. He proceeds to cause his new group to excel and grow. There are some differences of course, but the overall premise is very similar.
