Sasayaku You ni Koi wo Utau

Bloom Into You is also a girls love anime with similar vibes to Whisper me a love songs, the characters look similar (imo, but their personalities aren't really the same), both deals with unrequited love/confusing feelings between two girls. Bloom into you involves a school council setting, while Whisper me a love seems to have a band-centred setting. Although I don't think these two animes are like similar similar (Bloom Into you has a more serious drama feel, while Whisper Me a Love song is more comedic), I feel anyone who likes one of these will definitely like the other. 

Both are wholesome and earnest from the get go, and unlike many other series the romantic tension isn't drawn out and you get to see a cute romance from the start 

The same weight and burden from their friends, both girls and boys, some of their band members at school/college are recommended to their former band members (especially girls). Mafuyu meets his old friend, acquaintance Yuki, even though he feels frustrated when borrowing a guitar although Ritsuka tries to comfort Mafuyu so he doesn't think too much about his past. Meanwhile, Mizuguchi met her former band because she was a member of her band, namely Shiho that the guitarist's songs were still very bad, his voice was bad and, however, it was too burdensome for her Shiho's old friend, that's also why Mizuguchi doesn't understand her crush on Yori. read more
