Don’t really write reviews often and decided to write one here cause there isn’t one.

First of all, boy did Studio Sunrise nail the animation. It’s so fluid especially the cars which I would say is on the same level as the Initial D Legend movies which are amazing ngl. ( although my preference remains at Initial D fourth stage ) If they did use any 3D CGI I did not notice at all since it blended so well. If you compare this animation with the one from the MF Ghost ( trailer ) boy is the difference night and day in Chinese we say 一个天一个地 ... ( one sky one earth ) which is basically in a different league.

Due to my disappointment in the MF ghost manga and trailer if you’re looking for a true successor to the Initial D/Wangan Midnight street racing series boy do I think this is the true successor to it. Let’s just hope the physics actually cut out in realism and don’t see like GTR lose to a GT86/BRZ on a track/course with long straights.

Next up is the music, well everyone has their own preferences right ? For me the music in this music video is pretty decent ngl not really my type and it didn’t really give of the classic Eurobeat vibe either seemed more like a modern male idol anime type of music although I haven’t watch any so called male idol anime’s like hypnosis mc it kinda gives of that vibe.

But nonetheless I am really hyped to see the anime air in hopefully 2023 and imagine if it airs as the same time as MF Ghost ? *wink* *wink*
