Both animes, Atri: My Dear Moments and Plastic Memories are heart-warming and thought-provoking, deeply exploring the loving connection between humans and androids in a futuristic context. Both stories have a melancholic tone that deals with loss, farewell, and precious moments shared between the characters. - Both are treating about the Androids Lifetime (Isla and Atri) - In both animes, MC falls in love with a Android.

Both shows take place on a completely flooded planet.

- Both anime take place on the Island - As with Rinne and Setsuna, there seem to be some things Atri and Natsuki can't remember - In this process, we see that the characters often experience deja vu. - The mysteries of Atri and the rising of the Seas resemble each other, like the legend of Setsuna and rinne. - Both series were broadcast during the summer season and are set in the summer season. - Both Anime are adapted from Visual Novel

A feeling of melancholy and nostalgia. Follow a crippled and resign male protagonist who gave up on his dreams as his life is changed by a sudden encounter with a certain girl. Both anime were adapted from two visual novels which have received extremely high ratings, and both are sure to eventually make you, at least, want to shed a tear. Perhaps different in setting, but the same in atmosphere.

-Both have mixed feelings coming from the MC to the Android female character in the beginning -Slowly falls inlove with the Android -Both female characters start to care about the mc deep down -Planetarian has a more harsher "reality" in their world -Both are about a ruined world although in Planetarian it`s caused by androids and in Atri by the Ocean -Planetarian will make you cry, as for Atri i don`t know because it`s still ongoing -Similar vibe between the anime -The same viasual style for both of them -Both female characters are "kawaii" in their way -They both have one goal in the end that they want to acomplish Planetarian also has a movie  read more

-Female character that isn`t Human -Main character that eventually falls in love with them -Both Female characters try to keep the MC happy and safe and protect him -Both MC fight for the female character -Bioth have a unique story -Sora no Otoshimono has a more comedy like feeling to it than Atri but it has it`s serious moments that make you get up from your chair If you like Atri you might like Sora no Otoshimono too

Although the stories aren`t really that similar, i think you`ll like the relationship between the main characters, both anime have the same feeling of feelings involved between the characters, although in Atri they come a bit later on in the story with the romance. But they`re quite similar, about 6/10 similaritty, but you get the same vibe from both of them.

-Romance between the Main Character and a female A.I -Both rely on each other -Both love each other -Slowly developing relationship as episodes go on, although In NGNL Zero it was done better -Stunning and unique visuals -Similar paced story for both -Both have a "apoclyptic" world Overall they`re really similar, although i think NGNL is a step up to Atri If you like one you`ll like the other
