You can already tell that this anime and Blend S already give the similarities. The Cafe setting, usual misunderstandings, usual male protagonist, another bonus is when Azumi Waki (Shiragiku in Megami Cafe Terrace and Maika in Blend S) comes in and play the role of a cafe maid once again……. The only difference is that here, (Hayato) he’s encountering 5 female maids and almost going into harem mode and he doesn’t like the cafe and isn’t a pervy guy but the misunderstandings can lead to assuming him to be a pervert. Ouka Makuzawa from The Cafe Terrace and Its Goddesses looks like Saki Saki from Girlfriend, Girlfriend. Plus both of these anime are harem.

The story is similar. Boy living with 5 college student girls. However Ryoubo-kun is middle school student himself. While Café is lets say realistic, Ryoubo-kun is 50% fantasy anime. The jokes are more intense. The girls personalities are more extreme.

They're both animes centered around a cafe where a reluctant MC gets dragged into working in it. A lot of the characters are straight up unlikeable at first and cause too much drama but they eventually show more depth and they get better.
