Tsurune: Tsunagari no Issha

Both of them are about sports, and I believe there is a great similarity between the characters Minato and Haruka, as well as a clear message towards team work and friendship. 

If you watch Akebi as a purveyor of visual quality, I specifically recommend Tsurune S2 (obviously, S1 needs to be watched first) in your list. It has an insanely impressive execution and attention to detail in animation. In my opinion, it even exceeded Akebi's already envelope-pushing animation and cinematography.
