Both series have well animated action and star two female leads with opposite personalities who grow with and because of the other. In both cases, the leads are involved in an organization/study that is considered private in their societies. Where Lycoris Recoil focuses more on the building of trust and friendship, The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady focuses more on the romantic undertones between the two leads. There's enough of a through line, in my eyes, for someone that enjoys one approach to appreciate the other as well!

-They're both isekai with an OP MC. -They both have a noble girl who is originally the prince's fiancee, she gets dumped for a commoner, and she ends up romancing the prince's older sibling.

Yuri isekai with political undertones, with an energetic and silly protagonist

- Both isekai with female MC - Both involve the daughter of a duke being engaged to the prince only to have the engagement to be called off in favor for a commoner girl - Both feature magic - Both showcase strong female friendships

-Both are Yuri fantasy/Isekai animés with cheerful + serious girl duos.

Very similar setup where noble girl who is engaged to the prince gets falsely accused and has her engagement broken off then she meets someone really eccentric and their chemistry is similar.

This is kind of a stretch, but I saw some similarities with the two main girls being compared to birds. One is free in the sky and the other is locked up in a cage. The main girls remind me of the two girls from Tensei Oujo to Tensai Reijou no Mahou Kakumei because of their personalities. However, Liz to Aoi Tori is a slice of life movie that doesn't have any fantasy themes.

Genius Female Isekai'd MC trying the revolutionize the world with their knowledge from the modern world.

Isekai with an airhead, scatterbrained female protagonist who is a noble but doesn't conform to her role and gets shunned by her family because of that, as well as being a hunter/adventurer.

Both main characters has a very strong, assertive attitude and are powerful among belief. Everyone misunderstood the main character as obnoxious, but in reality, they're both very sensitive girls with a pure heart. Yes, also another isekai'd anime. Both animes are refreshing in their own ways though similar. - tensei is Yuri, very cute and innocent, plays the villian for the greater good - rekinshi embraces her villianess role

Both animes involves characters getting dumped, they lose their purpose in life, then they find unlikely allies and a new sense of belonging, then they save the world.

- both have girls flying on a broomstick together - both gay

Genuine warm fuzzies between female leads. Mutual admiration - one loud, and one quiet. A romance plot that was explicitly designed to make you think "I want that" and that such a goal is attainable (minus any fantastical actual magic or anime-ridiculousness).

Though differing in their base concepts, Tensei Oujo being an isekai and Murder Princess being a high fantasy, it's not a stretch to compare the two. A blossoming relationship between two girls, subtle or overt, doesn't matter. Both these anime feature girls with contrasting personalities working together for a greater goal and a greater friendship.

Very similar names aside, they both involve a happy go lucky and talented protagonist who are supposed to be rulers of their kingdoms but they just don't want to do so. They also romance someone who is oppressed and looked down upon but the romance aspect is secondary to the political aspect.
