Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai

The same plot where it involve guy getting punked by a girl, the difference though was in Karakai Juuzon the girl there really does punked the guy while in Kubo-san the girl there was just assertive.  

It has a relatively similar plot to Takagi-san, as Kubo "annoys" the protagonist. Although it is in a different way to Takagi-san, similarities can be noted. Also, both are romantic comedy anime, but with a strong emphasis on comedy. 

If you liked Takagi-san's teasing, then you'll probably also like Kubo-san's brand of teasing as well. While Takagi-san has a more comedy-esque style to it, Kubo-san is more... wholesome-er? cuter? Regardless, it's a damn good anime for any romance lovers out there. 

The main characters of Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san and Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai are both a girl who teases the boy main character and the boy who is teased by the girl main character. In each series, the focus is comedy slice of life with heavy undertones of romance primarily in a school setting. Beyond all of these obvious connections, the art style of the scenery and characters as well as the overall feeling of each show are fairly similar. Each has delicate voice acting that conveys the mood of the lead characters adeptly. For all of these reasons, if you're a fan of Takagi-san, I strongly believe you will enjoy Kubo-san as well. read more 

Both have female characters who prank the protagonist. And both have a more childish feel.  

The lead girls in both shows have an interest in the lead boys who are not on anyone's radar socially or romantically and both lead boys have no self confidence and have bad self imagine which leads them to be oblivious to the lead girls feelings 

Both stories involve an introvert MC and a Beautiful Classmate that's interested. Their relationship starts to evolve in a beautiful way. 

Both involve an shy / introvert mc that nobody notice, and an extravert / popular and very kind girl notice them and help them getting more confidence in themselves and get an attachment/interest for them. Both anime are pretty cute and have many gentle scenes. 

Both shows are almost identical in good vibes and how they both play a heavier hand in the romance and character banter rather than comedy. If you love one, you'll love the other. 

- Both shows feature the MC who is unlucky in their lives: Izumi's clumsiness and Shiraishi being invisible to everyone else except for Kubo herself. - Both shows feature a cute and caring girlfriend developing a healthy relationship with their MC. They are also popular in the class (or school to be fair). - Both shows don't have any drama so it's easy to get invested in fluffy romcoms as such.

A similar female mc, who’s kind, romantic and proactive; a similar male mc, who’s shy, boring, unspectacular and slightly annoying; both are slow-paced to the point you start wondering why did this get 12-13 episodes when the entire story could easily fit into 2 episodes; actually both are pretty fire for watching in the background (even better if you know Japanese, because it’s kinda soothing).
