Both shows have female MC who loves to tease the male MC. If you are looking for a fluffy, cute, and full of sugar romance, give these shows a try!

Kubo is basically a milder, inferior version of Bokuyaba. It does have sturdier visuals though.

In both these series the female MC tends to lead in the relationship dynamic rather than the male MC. their dynamic is adorable.

In both anime shiraishi and mie san are unaware of their feelings which turns out the story to be cute

The 2 shows are very similar, following a protagonist with a problem that makes it hard for them to communicate. a new friend of the opposite gender decides to try to help them with their problem, both are very wholesome in that sense.

both are romcom slice of life animes that are enjoyable. the humor might not be for everyone but i enjoyed it and if you liked aharen i think you will too. they aren't really similar except for the dull mls but they have the same feeling of just a enjoyable anime that you can binge watch

Both are fluffy shows, with sweet characters. The friend groups for both a similar and are very weird and supportive. If you enjoy becoming a romcom diabetic, they are both very very good.

The same plot where it involves Guy living his everyday pathetic life suddenly finds himself being chased by girl and their lives were never the same again.

- both have Hanazawa Kana as main heroine and cute OP singer - both stories about school girl sitting next to a classmate who has strange features (Shiraishi is almost invisible for others, Seki just can't study so that he does anything except sticking to lessons) - both light and cute comedies though Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai is more romantic

Follows the same type of concept of main female protagonist teases the male protagonist. Contains character similarities in the way of the female protagonist more of the popular, outgoing type while the male protagonist being more of the reserved, introverted type. The humor used is also similar between both.
