Both anime follow a handful of cool but goofy / clumsy male characters leading separate, but colliding lives. They develop a strong friendship over the goofy/clumsyness and grow together, where the characters in Cool Doji Danshi are moving through their academic life and Atarashii Joushi focuses on career life. Very wholesome content and makes you think is this how bromance are.

Both anime is about one or more character that either are chill or act like it. That is actually most of what the plot builds on. Furthermore, both have a very smoothing and relaxing vibe to them, which makes them if you wanna come down a bit.

Both uramichi oniisan and yu are unenthusiastic about their jobs. But overtime, they change their views little by little.

Not a romance-drama like this one. They instead have the same cozy vibes when you're watching. Aware: multiple men and all main.

Both series have cute and somewhat awkward and funny situations with handsome guys. In addition, the atmosphere of the two anime series is light and very comfortable. Not having a love relationship between a man and a woman is also a plus point. The most obvious difference is that Rokuhoudou leans more towards the culinary side, while the Cool doji danshi is more about each of their daily lives.

Both Have: - ikemen (attractive male characters) that are cute and quirky - Slice-of-life pacing; each episode is "a day in the life of"

Both are iyashikei, well deserving of the genre. While Gakuen babysitters focuses on children and Cool Doji Danshi focuses on adults, both show have moments when the characters learn about life in general but also the importance of sticking together. The shows are also binge worthy and at a good length to watch in a single day.

The CGDCT genre for girls- Cool Guys Doing Clumsy Things. Each episode feels like a short therapy session that ends way too quickly. Animation and colors are pleasing on the eyes, both are comfy shows with relatable characters.

Both are very relaxing shows about the everyday life of a group of friends with diffrent personalities. They don't have any drama and little comedy, but instead restore your faith in humanity. Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san has romance elements not present in Cool Doji Danshi.
