Kami Kuzu☆Idol

both have an elder talented idol leading on the main character and approach the idol industry from a slightly different side than other popular idol anime (like lovelive). kamikuzu is more about comedy and the main character regaining his motivation to be an idol oshinoko is more dark and focuses more on the industry also both have a really good voice cast they have other similarities but i cant spoil anything here, anyways i recommend watching kamikuzu with my whole heart. 

Both animes are about a person who is in the entertainment world and meets a ghost who died early in their life. They cannot rest in peace due to wanting to expereince their wish one last time before they pass away. Ginban: pilot ghost who haunts the ice skater girl Idol: a famous idol who haunts a upcoming, unenthusiastic idol Theyre both filled with comedy 

Both of them tell the story of a famous idol who died then turned into a ghost & helped the protagonist. 

Both follow male idol groups and contain musical performances.  

- Both focus on performing in front of large audiences - Both have supernatural happenings alongside the core plot line - Both feature a girl who (at least initially in Dai Star’s case) cannot be seen by anyone aside from the protagonist - Both depict stories of overcoming obstacles to achieve a greater dream 

Deadpan protagonists putting on a complete 180° face at work. Even though their methods are different, the direct style of comedy and absurd character interactions make both shows worth watching if you're into the kind of humor they have to offer. Both anime also revolve heavily around music and include their fair share of insert songs. 

Being an idol is tough. Bottom of the barrel ones are a dime a dozen -- and if it's a duo -- chances are the main protagonist is the "worse of the two". Only way to improve is to do a gap moe!-- I mean...I mean.. try a gender reversal? Something something --power of friends..something passion...something... like that. Even the worst idols can get good with practice I guess. Both Mahou Shoujo Ore and Kami Kuzu Idol are definitely really similar-- both in terms of art style and comedy. Recommend if you're looking for a light anime. 

Both series feature a ghost making the main character a prodigy in their respective fields (idol and competitive go). Both Niyodo and Hikaru start out not caring at all about their new ability except for the money it brings. Although Sai in HnG doesn't directly possess Hikaru, both shows feature comedy around the ghost wanting to do something the living person doesn't want to.  

Both animes show us the working day of idols and funny fan support. In both animes we see how idols treat fans and try to accommodate their wishes. Both anime have a lot of time is given to fans discussing their idols.
