Characters in both anime solve various economic and political problems in their countries, main difference is the motivation of main character, because one of them is doing this more willingly than the other. Both anime should have "economic/political" tag in the genre.

Main protagonist is transported to another world, where in one of them it's literally a game and another is more "realistic" fantasy world. In both shows plot follows how main characters solve various economic and political problems in the world they are in. Despite difference in setting both shows are very focused on the "economic" aspekt of story.
