Country girl goes to Tokyo and changes the life of the boy/boys she meets with her attitude skip and loafer focuses more about the friendship/relationships and heroine tarumono focuses more on proving oneself and overcoming challenges

This animes are way similar, the difference is that the two male characters are actors and the girl is between them just like this anime.

- Both are focused on the backend of the idol industry in Japan - Oshi no Ko portrays more realistic and darker aspects of the industry whereas Heroine is very much aspirational - Both are entertaining and show you what being a manager for idols is like - Great idol music

I can't explain much, but it was a very similar vibe. The two male mcs have a similar dynamic to Yuki and Kyo.

In both series there's a female protagonist that suddenly become the manager of a group of idols The female protagonist are cute but they're also persevering woman/teenager who wants to do the best at their job. (in Heroine Tarumono the protagonist has to deal with school as well)

Both have a high school girl who becomes an idol manager, male idols, and really great music. Couldn’t help but think of Enstars while watching. :)

Both are related to idols and feature a character that is unhealthily obsessed with them. Although, its a side character in Heroine Tarumono and the main character in Oshi ga Budokan

Both anime follow MCs with unique team members that help them achieve greatness as an idol. These team members are quirky to say the least and the last person you would think to give the job. They focus on the these up and coming idols in the industry as they make their way to stardom!
