Build Divide: Code Black

Both shows are about Trading Card Games and the overall tone of both shows are dark and sinister. The characters play at high stakes in order to reach the King in Build Divide or become an Eternal Girl in WIXOSS and thus have its deepest wish granted. Losing the game can make a huge loss, especially in Selector Infected WIXOSS where your wish becomes a reversed Curse. while in Build divide you're considered an outcast in the city, losing all your privileges you've gained trough card battles and have to leave the city. 

- Both have to bet the coin to play the card - Have a plot that make protagonist wish granted. - Both play Card game with similar mechanic and playstyle. 

Both are set in a world where many things (if not everything) are decided through games. Both anime have a main guy who’s kinda op and a bunch of girls surrounding him who are kinda useless (that changes in S2 though). Both have this concept of “God” (here it’s called “King”) who will make your wish come true if you defeat him.
