There are many music related anime out there, but music is a rather broad term. Some anime focus more on the singing aspect, others more on the stage show, and some anime are just music videos. This stack is a collection of music related anime where instruments play a larger role. Some characters are simply learning to play these instruments, others play in a band or they use them for special occasions. All kinds of instruments are collected here, such as the piano and keyboard, violins and guitars, brass instruments (trumpet, tuba, trombone, horn, etc.), fluets and others.

A selection of animes with the USA as their main setting. Some anime do a better job depicting this setting than others. Some opt for a accurate as possible depiction, others take an idealized view, while others make you wonder if the creators have ever been to or even seen America.

Shows that have exceedingly great animation, visuals, etc. Do not expect any of these to even have the slightest plot, though some may have a good storyline. It's all about good animation.

A list of action anime where the main fighting protagonist is female.

The following will be excluded -

1. Magical girl anime. There are too many of them. Besides there is a dedicated tag for them on MAL so they are easy to find. If an anime despite feeling like magical girl, doesn't have this tag, then I will add them.

2. Gender-bender anime. For example, a lot of Isekai anime where a male is reincarnated in a female body and vice-versa.

3. Anime where the protagonists are mainly female. For example, Lycoris Recoil, Release the Spyce etc. There are too many, so deserves their own list.

4. Anime where all combat is done by controlling something. For example, mecha or vehicular combat anime.

The world, where the protagonist as well as the characters around them have a hard life. One can get killed if they do nothing.

Stack contains only the anime that I have watched. Only one entry of each series is added (mostly the first season).
